Starting with the company in 2000, Stephen has been managing operations since graduating from the University of Maine in 2003 with a degree in Aquaculture.

Stevens is in the Zone! Don’t try talking to him because he wont hear you, he’s blasting Haitian rap through his headphones as he slugs through sorting tens of thousands of oysters daily!
15 years at the Culling table and having done everything in between, he knows the cull and the operation.
Farran Jalbert
Shellfish Farmer Farran is a 4 year veteran of the crew and an integral part of our team. She helps manage many aspects of the farm and makes most of our deliveries. Wave when you see her on the road in our van!
